Day 6 - Relaxing & bowling in Eastbourne
Today, on Sep. 25th, Sarah and I went bowling with our class in Eastbourne.
Day 7 - Hastings & The Smugglers' Caves
Today we went to Hastings. We went there by train. When we got there we were allowed to buy food, then we went up a hill and had a picnic there.
After eating we went to the "Smugglers' Adventure". There we saw the caves, where the smugglers were many many years ago. It was really cool to be there and to see what it used to be like.
Then we went back to Eastbourne by train. There we had 30 minutes to go shopping and by some stuff. It was a great day. (Bastian & Matteo)

Tuesday was another incredible day in England, although some of us were a little sad because it was already our last day in England. We still had an incredible time. Today we went to visit the famous caves in Hastings. Inside the caves we got a lot of information about what smuggling was like in the old days. It was fascinating because in those times men, who probably weren't strong enough, had to transport sacks full of different kinds of goods that weighed twice their weight. I don't think they liked that part of the job but I'm pretty sure they loved the part when they got their payment after days of hard work. We saw many characters and some videos that were shown to make things realistic and slightly scary. There was a bit of tension in some parts of the caves because of the sounds that we could suddenly hear without expecting them. It was a perfect and unforgettable day, probably a day that many of us will not forget. It was fun and with beautiful weather. (Winston)

Day 8 - Home sweet home
Yesterday was the last day in England and also the day we flew back. The flight was very good and a lot of people slept. But we took the bus for a long time before the flight. After we had flown two and a half hours we arrived in Austria.
After landing we picked up our suitcases and finally met our parents again.
It wasn`t a special day, but it was certainly nice for everyone to see their parents again. (Akay & Dominik)

In the morning we woke up and our host was driving us to our school, from where we were taken by bus back to London airport. After a two and a half hours drive we finally arrived at the airport. Everything was running perfectly so far. We gave our luggage to the right airline and went to a place where we could eat something. I bought myself some noodles in a supermarket. After I ate those, we knew which our gate was, so we went there. The flight was great and funny. Later we were hoping to get all of our luggage back and so it was. Everyone received their luggage, but Claudia's suitcase was damaged a little bit, so she and one of our teachers went to the support desk. My dad was already waiting for me and I told him everthing. All in all it was a great experience and I could improve my English a lot. (Dominic)
